ServicePro company supplied equipment for two cafes of the new chain Fresh Sushi.

As it is seen from the name, this is Japanese cuisine chain, which offers its guests dishes made of high quality products and according to traditional recipes. The most popular dish is sushi, so the set of main equipment is related to it. The menu and technologies are similar in all cafes of this chain, so the set of the equipment is also identical.

There is a cooling floor-stand show-case with three shelves and sushi show-case for eye-catching presentation of the dishes. Cooling tables, slicers, rice cookers are used in the kitchen. Hot dishes are cooked on the induction cooker, steam table is used for the service of first courses. Pizza plays an important role in the menu of the cafe, it is easily cooked on the pizza table and baked in the hearth oven.
