Apple Goose gastro-bar
Gastro-bar was opened in Moscow. ServicePro selected, supplied and installed the equipment.
The new bar is called "Apple goose". Everybody who likes original traditional dishes can visit it. The most important thing is that the prices are moderate. Visionary "Goose" is a bar offering its visitors self-service, so a show-case is a "central figure" in the hall. This show-case was selected from the assortment of the leading European producer Epta. This is Vela show-case.
Hot dishes are made in the electric stove, open electric fryer, fryer. To provide a wide choice of first courses the steam table with three working capacities is used in the bar. The cooling equipment is represented by cooling tables and cabinets.
