The park-hotel offers its visitors the recreation concept aimed at full relaxation and merging with the nature. Of course, there should be a restaurant with a multiple-choice menu. At the stage of the restaurant equipping, ServicePro developed a draft design in respect of the process equipment layout and carried out the equipment supply.
The following equipment made by Tecnoinox, an Italian company, was selected for the hot department:
- a six-burner gas range with neutral cabinet;
- a lava stone gas grill – lava stone offers a barbecue aroma;
- a gas deep-fat fryer with infrared brick burner;
- a 10 pan electric convection oven;
- a 8 pan proofer.
The precooking department includes:
- meat-chopper and potato peeler (Sirman, Italy);
- kneading machine (Mec, Italy);
- multi-purpose vegetable slicer (Robot coupe, France).
We also selected the equipment made by Bartscher (Germany) and intended for the restaurant food distribution zone: the infrared food warmers with various power and microwave oven. The ice maker made by Kastel ice makers (Italy), with capacity of up to 25 kg per day, was installed at the bar.

The restaurant was opened in July 2012.
