The Host exhibition: a meeting place for HoReCa industry professionals
ServicePro’s specialists attended the HoReCa-2021 exhibition in Milan. This is a major event in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry where the latest novelties in the world of equipment, developments in the field of services and information technologies, collections of furniture and accessories for hotels and restaurants are traditionally demonstrated. This year, the exhibition is held for the 42th time already, and there should be little doubt that many of the novelties will be adopted very soon: for instance, the technology of making showcases with 3D effect from metal that was presented by Ерta looks very interesting and promising. The same company, rightfully considered as among the world leaders in refrigerated showcase production, has developed a new showcase design inspired by a suggestion made by one owners of the Karavayev Brothers’ Culinary Shops network. The novelty was presented for the first time at Host-2021. Hopefully the new model is going to be a success!
