One more opening in the Fresh Sushi network!
The new cafe is located in the business center at 8, Preobrazhenskaya Square. The kitchen equipment is supplied and installed by the ServicePro company.
The café is focused on servicing using the "fast, wholesome, tasty" formula and offers its guests meals of Japanese and Italian cuisine. Sushi are presented using a large floor-stand display, so it’s easy make a choice.
The kitchen is equipped with a rice cooker and large refrigerated tables. An induction cooker, steam table, pizza table are used to prepare and serve hot meals. Pizza is baked in a hearth furnace, which guarantees great taste.
