Shater club restaurant has opened in Gelendzhik
Shater, a cosy club restaurant, has opened in Gelendzhik, and now it invites all the residents and guests of the city! ServicePro has supplied the equipment.
Shater developed quite a vast menu, so, when selecting the equipment we considered multi-purpose, high-performance and reliable items. For instance, heat equipment supplied comprises two stoves with cabinet ovens, a gas fryer, a smoke oven and a tabletop gas grill with a lava stone. Cold dishes are cooked using slicers, a two-speed cutter and a vegetable slicer.
The bar offers a wide range of cocktails and refreshment beverages which are made using a mixer, a blender, a few squeezers and ice makers. The serving and perfect condition of dishes is provided by a chafer and a 10 litre soup tureen.
