Our new project – Shalash club restaurant in Voronezh
The restaurant was opened on December 21, 2013. It is located at 85 Generala Lizyukova Str., Voronezh. ServicePro performed selection, delivery and installation of equipment.
The project consisted of two parts, 209 kitchen and 314 equipment. In order to optimize the budget, we proposed to make maximum use of equipment produced in the Russian Federation, as it has established itself as reliable and it meets the high standards of quality. In particular, the hot shop was equipped with a combi steamer, an oven and a fryer by Chuvashtorgtekhnika; in the cold shop, we mounted cupboards and tables by Polair and HiCold. For preparation of hot meals on charcoal, we installed an oven by Movilfrit (Spain). Ice machine, cutter, blender, juicer and other desktop equipment selected is produced by the leading European manufacturers.
At the Shalash bar you can always enjoy fresh sushi, so it was equipped with a rice cooker and a showcase for sushi. It was also supplied with a blender, a citrus juicer and an ice maker.
